Whose Life Are You Running For? Participate in the 17th Annual Susan G. Komen Greater Cincinnati Race for the Cure on Sunday, Sept. 14, and show everyone whose life you are running for. Are you running for your mother, your sister, a co-worker, a friend? Are you running for your own life? Or are you running for a future without breast cancer? No matter whose life you are running for, now is the time to get involved and run for their life!
Greater Cincinnati Race for the Cure Schedule of Events
7:00 a.m. - Expo Opens; Race Day Registration; packet pickup begins
8:45 a.m. - 5k Chip-Timed Competitive run
9:20 a.m. - 5k Walk Start/2k Family Walk
10:30 a.m. - Celebration of Hope
10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Coney Island rides open to any Registered participant.
Parking is free. Gates will open around 6:45 a.m. Enter Coney Island at Gates 1 or 3 and you will be directed to parking area. NOTE: Gate 2 will be closed Race Day. Gates will close promptly at 8:40 a.m. on Race Day. Late, or overflow parking will only be available on Kellogg Avenue at Sutton.
You can register online for the Race, or pick up your Race packets at the Affiliate office (6120 South Gilmore Rd., Suite 206, Cincinnati) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day this week. The office will be open Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for Registration and packet pick-up. You can also Register at Coney Island Park on Saturday, Sept. 13 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and on Race Day starting at 7 a.m.
